[Music]beautiful ladies spare is pork spareribssee that now I like doing these becauseyou can cut off this brisket part righthere and Adams beans and chili and allsorts of stuff it’s getting all thatgristle in there but it’s usually apretty good deal to buy spareribs thisis an easy cook today a lot of guys wanttheir ribs low it’s slow they wrap themthat you do all sorts of junk to themand they want to mellow you though themeat just pulls off the bone I do thatsometimes if I have my offset going butif I don’t have them offset going I justget my temperature on my grill you knowmy Weberthat’s what I’m using today at about 300to 350 I put these on I don’t put themdirectly over the coals I’ll put it offto the side let me go for about two totwo-and-a-half hours when I see thatmeat start pulling it off the bonepulling up the bone they’re done andI’ll check the temperature usually justwhen that meat starts pulling up thebone and that’ll give me a firm rib butit’ll just slightly a light slight tugthe bone pulls out and sometimes thebones just fall out so I don’t see goingthrough all that extra work unless yougot the big pit going you’re going to becooking all daythat’s fine but do what you want butthat’s my recipe today of course I’mgonna use a mixture ofhis loom Bray and redneck rub and sincemy wife got on me about all my barbecuesauces and everything in therefrigerator because it’s kind of takingup some space I’m gonna go ahead andcoat it after about an hour when theycook about an hour I’m gonna go aheadand put a light coat of this on therecuz I got to free up some space in therefrigerator I’ve been told so let me goahead and get these prepared I’m gonnapull off that silver skin off the backof the ribs and we’ll be able to golight that light to light up the Weberwhen it gets to 300 to 350 I’m gonna setit in a little rib rack I got and thendrink a few of these and wait arounduntil I have to put this on take them uphere chop them up time to eatit’s not that difficult and you can dothe same thing in the ovenyou know season them put them in theoven you put them at 250 for about 4hours 5 hours or you can just put themin there 350 for two hours or an hourand a half simple so let’s get this done[Music][Music][Music][Music]okay all my temperatures running about3:30 so it’s been an hour those ribswere on there an hour and I didn’t haveto put the barbecue sauce on them butlike I told you before the wife is on meGod do what you got to do to keep herhappy right it’s anyway I’m just gonnalet him go now for another hour and ahalf just like that and then they shouldbe done so well hour and a half to twohours we’ll see that’s I’ll check him inan hour they look like they’re ready andgo then they’re ready to gothis isn’t this isn’t rocket scienceeverybody tries to make it rocketscience it’s really not anyway we wereburning we’re smoking and those are porkribs can’t beat pork ribs hmm yeah Ilove pork ribs I need to fire that babyup I’m planning on doing that in abouttwo weeks how fired up we do the monstercould buy brisket and pork shoulder moreribs chicken and everything else butthat’s an all-day cook you know that’s adifferent kind of barbecuing it’s moreinvolved and you got to have all thattime to do it you know use the weatherhere and you pretty much get the sametaste but it’s a lot faster oh yeah[Music]perfect look at that two and a halfhours they are done and right therethat’s what I’m talking about see thatbones pulling up a little bit rightthereof course if these were short ribs thatreally are baby backs they would pull upa lot more there’s a lot more fat onthese but man they’re done they’re readyto goall right let me get it off of here andwe’ll go cut them up take this there yougo guysthey’re juicy and not try it out yougotta find this rib they look goodlet’s gonna find that rib bonejust like thatperfect all right guysit’s time for me to eat so I appreciateyou watchingokay guys two and a half hours at 300 to350 pull off the bone tender juicy theywere awesome they were fantastic soanyway sometimes you just don’t have totake four hours cook a rack of ribs it’sjust not necessarily in my opinion butdo what you want but anyway guysappreciate you watching go on Instagramhit the whole zone and it’ll show up andFacebook same thing just hit the hogzone your MyPage will show up hit likesubscribe or you can dig around to findme actually myself and you know send mea nasty message or whatever and I’ll hitthe friend conformation anyway so anywayguys appreciate you watching make sureyou hit subscribe below I don’t know whyyou would want to watch these videos butyou know hey it’s always a good timeanyway guys appreciate you watching[Music]
