Ingredients:
1 rack of pork ribs (2 – 3 lbs)
1 yellow onion
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
Dry Rub:
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp kosher salt
2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp celery seeds
Optional 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Homemade Barbecue Sauce:
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 1/2 cups minced yellow onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1 cup tomato paste
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup smooth dijon mustard
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
red chili flakes to preference
