Ingredients:
750 gm chicken
Marination:
Chicken
1tsp pepper
1tsp salt
1tsp chilli powder
1tsp ginger garlic paste
Marinate it for 15 mins.
Add 1cup of all purpose flour and 1/2 cup of corn flour and add 1tsp of pepper, 1tsp salt, 1chilli powder, 1tsp mixed herbs. Coat the chicken well with the mixture. Shake off the dust.
-add oil in a kadai.
-add the coated chicken one by one.
-fry till it turns into golden brown.
Making of BBQ sauce:
Oil 1tsp
11/2 tsp Schezwan sauce
1tsp tomato sauce
1tsp soy sauce
1tsp red chilli powder
1tsp pepper
1tsp brown sugar
1tsp honey
1tsp cumin powder
Mix everything well on a medium flame.
Add 1/2 cup of water and allow it to boil.
If once the mixture gets thicken add the fried chicken wings. Mix well. Serve as a started.
