alright I’m out of my barbecue sauce Imust have a barbecue sauce and I thoughtI’d share with you a tough time to timeabout itI’ve taken the 20 ounce bottle of plainyellow mustard now you can use any brandbuffy’s you want and I didn’t want tobore you but I’ve already put it in theMcCord jar and I know there is a littlebit of mustard in here so I’m gonnarinse it out what I have is the half acup of water and that’s a 20 ouncebottle of mustard it really is not theydon’t really have to be precise all I’mgonna do is I’m just gonna rinse thisbottle by night that what I’m doing andget all that busted out of thereall right to that I’m going to add 1/4 Imean I’m sorrytwo tablespoons of cayenne pepper redcayenne pepper and you can add more butI would suggest you take itput it in there like a Ohhalf a teaspoon at a time till you getit to the consistency that you like thisfor being the being hot all right nowwhat we’re gonna do is we’re gonna mixthat up real goodshake it up okay all right now I don’tdo it but you can you can use a 1/4 cupof salt put in here or less you just yoube the judge that the salt all right nowthere’s still some left it in the jar soI’m gonna put a half a cup of applecider vinegarand I’m gonna pour it back into the tuband get rid of shitethis is good on and off anythingin fact don’t we’ll show you here just alittle bit miss Jo all right now we’regoing to shake that up real good nowthis is ready to go just like it is weyou can start using it now if you wantto you can cook it this no it’s notnecessary now if you want it thickerthan that then you reduce the the waterand the vinegar by half right now soleft over from the bottle that I hadbefore in there see how thick it comesout you can you can water it down alittle bit more if you want to all rightnow that’s roughly about a quarter cupon that come on guess I’m just guessingat it all right now we’re gonna put aheaping teaspoon of mayonnaise stay withme stay with me all right now this isthis was one one dipall right you can get for your frenchfries you can get kicking any steakfingers you can bitch you can put it inyour coleslawlike this if it’s not thick enough youcan add get a little bit more mayonnaisegood now that’s one dip all right nowwe’re gonna put some about a tablespoonof honey now we got a spicy honeymustard you can drill the back over allyour french fries you can drizzle thisover here all night cold if you want toomuch sweet barbecue if you want a sweetbarbecue sauce you just keep whisking ittill it’s all smooth you don’t see moremen named Loganokay right back we’ve got a piece ofchickenjust plain old baked chicken and it’scold put it on thereyeahnow here’s here’s a pork buttno no that’s not light enough you canput more cayenne pepper in it or you cansqueeze you indip your wings in it and get the chipsin itonce you breathokay I’m going to have to done dealalright pull a bit of home chickenthe honey kind of calms that cayennepepper down a little bit but you stillget the spiciness all right the mostmocha but turned out to make a mess allmy wife’ll or good good now the barbecuesauce by itself without putting themayonnaise or the honey in it you canpour that over your hot dog you poursome over to over your chili though youcan dip your broccoli in it you justabout put it on just by any kind of meatif you care to you know like I say ifyou want a hotter you you pick out youryour brand of Dr Pepperwe’ll be having our over scotch bonnetjust whichever one you ghost peppersjust whatever you want to put in theremake it yoursnow this is a best closest to my grandmamy wife’s grandfather barbecue sauces wecan get and I enjoy doing this foreverybody and remember invite family orfriend to your table make a memory andput a smile on their facethis is Papa Joe til next time
