today we’re gonna be making myblistering barbecue sauce[Music]this sauce is so versatile whether usingit on the grill in the oven it doesn’tmatter it just tastes delicious one ofmy favorite ways to have it is on ribsand today’s version I’m going to bemaking a little bit extra spicy butthat’s just because my brother’s in townand I know he likes his things as spicyas I do so we’re going to be making itwith just a bit of an extra tang let’sgo through the ingredients and see whatwe have first up is 50 grams of butterwe have two teaspoons of tomato puree 1tablespoon of lemon juice which I’veadded in here this is two tablespoons ofWorcester sauce we have 1 teaspoon ofclear honeywe have 1 large onion we need 2tablespoons of Demerara sugar you canuse brown sugar dark brown sugar butjust try not to use white sugar thiscaramelized sort of flavor really comesthrough in the barbecue sauce also inthe same Bowl we have some Englishmustard over here we have 2 tablespoonsof red wine vinegar a pinch of driedherbs and of course our dried chiliflakes these are just dried Perry Perryand it’s about a teaspoon and a half andthen over here are my Brazilian pumpkinsso these guys over here are beautifultasting pepper but they got a decentamount of spice so the Brazilian pumpkinis part of the back attempt family ofpeppers so sweet and they got a verydistinct flavor[Music][Music][Music][Music][Music]I knowthere we go this has been cooked throughnicely so about 10 minutes simmering allthat’s left to do is give it a taste andsee how we didhmm it’s such a good source I do love itit’s got a good blend of flavorsprobably could have gone a touch hotterthan that so I’ll probably probably adda bit more spice to this because Hanaumabrother will probably complain not hotenough be careful because the sweetnessdoes offset the heat quite a bit sobefore you start adding any more peppersjust give it some time to build up theheat in your mouth this does need alittle bit more for myself and for mybrother but it’s got a good Tang goodspice and I’m sure you guys gonna loveit I hope you enjoyed this video and Ihope that you make this for yourself andlet me know in the comments below if youdo because I’d love to hear what youthink of it and until the next videostay spicy[Music]you[Music]
