hello and welcome to arizona’s everydaychefI’m your host a nerdy cook so how’severybody doing Arizona we are on stayat home thankfully we don’t have a stayin place yet but hope everybody is doingsafe is it not only in Arizona butthroughout the countryeveryone’s safe you’ve got plenty foodto go make sure you don’t hoard shop forwhat you need chopped a week at a timeI’m good to go here probably for acouple weeks just with how I do food Idon’t cook obviously big meals butexcept for doing this this is my bigmeal like during the week twice a weekso what are we doing todaywell since looking over all the videoseverybody seems to really like my veryfirst video which guys I was just anervous wreck being in front of a cameraand then I got a little better secondrunner-up is my raspberry sauce and thenthe big one was homemade barbecue sauceso today we’re going to do a huge nicebig fun monster burger hopefully we’regoing to have some french fried onionswe’re going to have some lettuce we’regoing to put on some barbecue sauce andguess what we are going to be makingsome barbecue sauce we are going to bemaking our very own Hickory baconbarbecue sauce I’m using an Applewoodbacon that I got so we’re going to dothat we’re going to do I’ve got someliquid smoke some Hickory liquid smokeand we’re going to make the barbecuesauce again so let’s strap in let’s getready let’s have some fun because guys Ihaven’t eaten and it’s late afternoonafternoon and I’m really hungry so let’sget cooking because I’m going to eat allright so stay tuned alright so I’ve gotsome Applewood bacon I’m going to takesome strips because I’ve got let’s seeone two take two maybe take two and ahalf we’re going to leave these for theburgers okayso I’m going to cut these up intosmaller pieces I’m going to basicallyput them in the food processor kind oflike what I did with apples the lasttime but this time it’s going to bebacon okay so then we’re just going totake it from right there just like thatso these pieces we’re going to throw onthe grill later when we’re cooking aburger okay but make sure that we havewe’re going to just cut these right inhalf so that’s going to be for later weput that away now food processor kind ofit’s like a little mini thing I doprobably need to get a food processorbut I just haven’t spent the money yetworking on paying bills and trying to becareful with shopping afraidspatula we are getting a little bitokay so listen use our spatula orwhatever I call the spatulasome people Bob okay then we’re going tofinish up the rest then we’ll move on solet me finish this up and we’ll comeback at least you got to watch a littlebit right alright so I’ve got a biggercan of tomato sauce that I’m doing thistime I can’t open the rose I act alittle funky okay I’m just going to addin a little bit of water in here that’sabout enough okaylikable bin let’s get us spoons mix okaymix this all up now probably about aquarter cup of oilwe may just go a little bit over I’musing Smallville oil okayforgot to grab two ingredients shame onme all rightnext I’ve got some non Spice Islands butI’ve got some garlic so I’m going to addin here that looks good black pepperneed to hit the store and grab thiswe’ve got any left I’m going to mix thisup a little bit I don’t have brown sugarthis time because well guess what’sbeing all sold out at stores so I’mgoing to just use some regular sugar[Music]probably about that much sugar got closeto about a quarter cup okay mix that allaround you can see the little chunks ofbacon and then when it comes to mustardwe’re going to put in guess what I needto get some mustard so mix that aroundnext thing I’m going to add in is someShire sauce so ganic one all rightyepsmell them just like mom’s just like thelast one I made alright and then thelast bit is I definitely want to add aHickory flavor so I’ve got this liquidsmoke ooh I’m going to add in shake itup a little bityep just a few droplets I don’t want ittoo too powerful so now we’re askingbooks naku you can smell definitelysmell the liquid smoke so let’s see howit is oh that’s goodoh yeah can definitely taste the Hickoryin it mmm okay so I’m gonna have to putsome of this all away I’m going to dosomething a little little interestingtoday is going round a hamburger pad nowI always enjoy them a little marinadebut some people don’t so I’m not goingto do it for everybody so I’m going totake this one I’m just gonna coat itokaythe other one I’m going to leave plainI’ll just season up a little bitregularly but while we’re getting thatready to go fire up the barbecue okaywe’re going to start and I’m cooking upthese fantastic herbs okay so all rightso we got these ready we got our baconwe’re gonna go throw these on the oven Imean on the grill and start cooking ouryummy burgers with this bacon mesquitebarbecue sauce all right I got the hotdog doc oh wait hi I’m messing it all upI’ve got the hamburger buns now I’m justputting a little bit of butter on thetop because we’re going to end upputting these on the grill and just kindof toast them a little bit but it’s justthe tops that we’re going to put thebutter on I’ve got the lettuce readyI’ve got some Frances crispy onions forone burger I’ve got the cheese readythe Bacon’s on there and I’ve got someonions I’m grilling up there too so I’mgoing to go check in on those and seehow they’re doing and then we’ll take apeek in a little bit see how it’s doingwe’re probably going to add some morebarbecue sauce to one and we’re going toadd some mustard to anotherall right I’ve already flipped theburgers I added a horseradish spicymustard to the other one I’ve got someonions grilling and I’ve got our baconall going they’ve already been flippedbut we’re just going to keep going theseare thick burgers so it’s going to takea little bit to cook them and thenprobably in about five minutes I’m goingto toast those buns on that empty sideand see how we’re progressing along sohang tight and we’ll be right back allright so welcome back so on the 1 burgerright there it’s got some spicy mustardI got a friend coming over they’re goingto take the barbecue sauce home so I putdown some cheese I put down the baconthe grilled onions put this cheese righton over and then the buns okay bud filmso buns are just about done toastingwe’re going to get this show on the roadof having a great great delicious dinnerso this one gonna be next put the baconright on this oneall right let’s go get a burger readyall right so here’s burger 1 somelettuce okay all right I personally likeketchup on my burger all right now Iwill show you in the last episode I usedthis really neat black plate blac chynait was actually my mom’s growing up ifshe had a couple different ones someChina I was handed down to her sheactually bought this one and we alwayscalled it the Japanese China because ofjust how its laid out it’s always alwaysput in my favorite and the summer beforeshe died she my dad came up to Utah andvisited me and the kids my kids and shebrought this China for me she gave it tome so has a real sentimental and Ifinally pulled it out of storage andjust had to use it so I kind of like thelook well I’ve never ever been one to acure cup okay so oh yeah look how goodthat looksbacon onions delicious so I’m going togo grab the other burger and do thetoppings and then we’ll call this a showfor this week and we’ll be able to seeyou next time but okay so I’m going toget this one ready for friends so I’mgoing to take some of these onionsthey don’t like raw onions but they dolike these so put some up on top okaydang it it’s just not working out theway I want all right that grass isokaynow I’m not a big tomato fan but if youlike tomatoes make sure you have somewhatever else and you can add somejalapenos see how this one turned outoh it’s nice I’m going to angle this toget right in shame on that bumper comingoff so let’s just and just take a peekat that a yummy burger look at
