How to make #BBq & Parmesan Garlic #wings On #Wing Wednesday

#Hey hey hey it’s ya girl #Jai with the I & not with the y #back with another video.
Here’s my #tutorial on How to make Parmesan garlic & bbq #wings…
Ingredients you will need
Bag of #party wings
Canola oil
Seasoning you may like
Red hot sauce
Liquid smoke
Flour
Tillamook extra creamy butter or any butter or your choice
Minced garlic
Parsley fresh or not
Any type of bbq sauce
Brown sugar
Instructions :
Soak chicken for 10 minutes before placing chicken in clean pan to season.
Rise chicken piece by piece
Marinate with red hot & liquid smoke sauce season chicken with your seasonings (no measurements)
While doing this you want to heat the cooking oil up on 6 to get it popping once it start to pop turn it down to 5.
You will then use half the chicken w/o flour just the seasoning in put into hot grease.
Leaving the other half in pan
Then you will start to make Parmesan garlic sauce as your chicken is frying.
Place two sticks of butter in a pan so it could melt down, add two tablespoons of minced garlic & a lil parsley. (Parsley is not for flavoring) just to make it look cute
Let simmer by now you should hear the chicken grease slowing down which means it’s done
Once golden brown & you see no blood you take chicken out to drain.
Then you out in a bowl to add the Parmesan garlic mixture you made & shake until fully coated. At this point those are done.
Now we move on to the bbq Wings,
Make sure you have a separate bowl with flour in it.
Add other half of raw chicken to flour while the grease is still hot put floured chicken in the grease, repeat the steps to know when chicken is down.
While you cook the second batch of chicken you will pour your bottle of bbq sauce in a pot to simmer with two tablespoons of brown sugar let simmer then once second batch of chicken is down you’ll repeat the steps to coat the chicken fully…

[Music][Music]my hand is washed I’ve been having thechicken I’ve been having the chickenssoaked for about ten minutes now so nowI must wash the chicken off and put itin this glass pan I’m kind ofdisappointed because link’ll usuallythey party is a really sweet reallysmall and there’s time they’re reallybig and I don’t really like big wingswhen I make mouth free wings I make myhot wings and stuff so I’m mad aboutthat my head was gonna work with it so Iam going to be making parmesan garlicwings and barbecue all right lean turkeyshop I was going to make some whateverbut all things gonna be enough wings tomake three flavors it might be if it isI will if not thenso I’ll let the chicken sell for tenminutes you gotta watch to rinse it allthat good stuff now put in this blackvan sleeping it inso this is a chicken before I season itokay so first what I do what my chickenis I use Frank’s redhot to put on thechicken before i season itthis is part of my marination I knowsome people use mustard but I use redhot for my wings because typically theseare hot they’re not hot wings butthey’re considered hot wings cuz they’relike barbecue parmesan garlic all thatgood stuff and then I get all myseasonings of course this is one of myspecial ingredients okay I don’t know ifyou guys can see it’s kind of dark but Iuse the liquid smoke sauce to put him atyou again and I just put a little bitnot a lot[Music][Music]and the breeze down put by I’m gonnahave to get in there[Music][Applause]you put half the chicken this half isgoing to be the limited pepper in theroot and parmesan garlic chicken andthen arrested chicken will be thebarbeque chickenI’m gonna fork we let it fry for about Ilet mine fried till it’s golden brownI can’t say for how long because tipthrough the chicken you don’t do thatyou see when the grease stop stop beingso loud as we you know so why our we’rewaiting for the chicken yeahwhile we’re waiting pretty chicken Ihave two sticks the extra creamy saltedbutter Tillamook sitting out I let itsit out on the snow so he get like roomtemperature it starts to melt downbecause eventually what I’m going to dois I’m going to put it in a panwell I’m going to put it in a pot andI’m going to add some minced garlic toit about two tablespoons of this and I’mgoing to add some Parmesan cheese I getthis type of Parmesan cheese it’s justthe first ii gradient kind I get it fromWinco it’s like 238so I spent 238 on this the bag ofchicken was $6 the butter was $3 andthen I already had the minced garlic andthat was 238 as well so it’s a reallycheap meal so that’s this and then ofcourse I got I have parsley flakes Ijust use the flakes when it comes downto my chicken because yeah I don’t buyfromlike vegetables and stuff from Winco Irarely buy meat from them but I liketheir i like their bags of wings fromour party wings so i usually get thatand so this is just for a parmesangarlic this time is my parmesan garlicmix[Music][Music][Music][Laughter]so the first batch of wings are donethis is how they look when they come outthe fryer then this is the point whereyou toss them this is how your parmesangarlic wings should look it’s a lot ofbutter at the bottom because I like alot of butter on mine he’s had a uz lookso I have to UM let me the parmesangarlic wings out now I’m going to flourthe BBQ leafI used the honey barbecue spaghettiraise a lot of people don’t like thisbut I do and literally my barbecue wingsis the easiest so like I said I putflour on my barbecue I cooked mybarbecue into a flour and I fry and likeI’m frying fried chicken cuz I like minea bit tastes like kind of decay ofceilings that people used to always haveso I literally just put the barbecuesauce and I usually just with vodkasauce in its pot I mean in a you knowhigh and I cook it on four and I a brownsugar to it this is how the chickenshould look once it comes out the greaseyeah so golden brown wanting all thechicken out the grease very coated andthis is the barbecue sauce the brownsugar is mixed in I’m just waiting forit to warm up and then I’m gonna tossthe wings in this and then I want to putin the oven and let it bake for about 10minutes then that’s how we’ll lookand then this is the parmesan garliconesyouyouyouyouyouyou
