-Dry Rub
2 tbsp liquid smoke
1 1/2 tbsp paprika
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp garlic pepper
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
-Home made BBQ sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp (from dry rub)
