This is the only place you can find Jerk Chicken on the island of St. Thomas made the right way.
Add blended garlic, onion, ginger, jalapeno, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, pineapple juice, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, cayenne, bay leaves, and coconut oil to a larger-sized bowl. Stir to combine.
Transfer marinade to the bag for two days

When ready to cook, preheat grill to 400˚F.
Chicken grill and cook for 40-50 minutes, flipping every 15-17 minutes until skin is crispy.
Remove wings from marinade and add to make the jerk sauce:
1 Onion
1/2 cup of BBQ sauce
1/2 cup of Pineapple juice
# the remainder of the marinade
Bring to high boil for 3-5 mins then simmer until ready to use
