How to make ribs with homemade BBQ sauce

St. Louis ribs
Ingredients
Ribs
Salt and pepper
Oil
Directions
Rub ribs with salt, pepper and oil. Wrap tightly in foil and place in pan. Bake 350 for 30 minutes. Turn oven to 250 and bake for 2 hours.
BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup chili sauce
4 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp molasses
2 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts garlic powder
1/2 salt and pepper.
Directions
Saute onions in butter until soft
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Baste cooked ribs crisp under broiler or on bbq.serve extra sauce for dipping

so today I’m making vaca Louisiana stylebarbecue Pinot st. louis-style barbecueribs so what I’m going to do with theway350 for a half an hour and then I’mgoing to turn it down to 250 and it willroast for 2 more hours now I’m going tomake the barbecue sauce for the ribs soI’m sauteing board 11 onions in one cupbut 1 tablespoon of butterI tell they’re kind of yellow and softto that I’m going to add a quarter of acup chili sauce chili sauce you can useI’m using salsa and then you’re going toadd a cup and a half cup of ketchupone cup in half and ketchup fourtablespoons of brown sugar this is onlya spoon maybetwo tablespoons of yellow mustardtwo tablespoons of yellow mustard atablespoon of lemon juice and you’resupposed to put in our tablespoon andI’ve washed with you now I don’t have orsuffer so I looked it upsubstitute is a little tiny bit of hotsauce so I’m just gonna put in a couplesquirts Oh hot sauce and like aboutteaspoon of soy and lemon juice butbecause the recipe calls for lemon juicealready in there and the finalingredient is two tablespoons of I meanyeah two tablespoons of molasses so oncethis is all mixed up you’re going tosimmer it for 15 minutes and when theribs are done we’re going to finish themup on the barbecue and base them withthis sauce so we’re going to cover thesauce and let it simmer for 15 minutesso here we go homemade barbecue sauceslathered on the ribs and the ribs aregetting nice and crispy after cooking inthe oven hope you guys enjoy it thanks
