How to Make the Best Sweet Chili Sauce in the Instant Pot

The Perfect Potent Sweet Chili Sauce to go on almost anything. We made this to go on our Korean BBQ Hamburgers and WOW did it Amplify the Flavor of those Burgers. I put it on a little bit on some Jalapeno Corn Slaw that went with it all and turned the already Hot and Tangy Slaw into a some serious Twang!
