Wanna throw in a Party with Whiskey Themed Foods!
Here’s a very simple easy and delicious recipe made out of Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey Whiskey. “The Jack Daniels” BBQ sauce is one of the most scrumptious sauces you will ever taste on just about any meat. I had used this versatile sweet-and-slightly-spicy sauce on boneless chicken breast pieces and shrimp.
Ingredients for chicken marination:
Chicken(500 gm boneless breast pieces)
Black Pepper- 2 tsp
Kashmiri Chili Powder-1 tsp(to enhance color instead of food color)
Cayenne Pepper-1 tsp(can also use normal strong chili powder)
Ginger Garlic Paste-2 tsp
Salt- As Required
Ingredients for Shrimp marination:
Shrimp- 250 gm
Black Pepper- 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chili Powder-1/2 tsp
Cayenne Pepper-1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tsp
Salt- As Required
JD BBQ SAUCE (Ingredients):
Brown Sugar-1 cup
Soy Sauce-1/4 cup
Honey-1/4 cup
Ketchup-1/2 cup
Sriracha Sauce- 1 tbsp(Red Chili Sauce can also b substituted)
Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey Whiskey – 1/2 cup
Burnt Garlic Fried Rice (Ingredients):
Whole Garlic- 1 fine chopped
Red Chili Flakes- 1 tsp(2 Green Chilies chopped can also be used)
Soy Sauce- 1 tbsp
Vinegar- 1 tsp
Eggs- 5
Spring Onions- 5 to 6 stalks chopped
Long Grain Basmati Rice- 2 cups
Black Pepper-As Required
Salt- As Required
