Korean BBQ Meatball With Noodles Recipe
~Ingredients List~
Bbq Sauce
2 Tbs Olive Oil
1 Leek, Sliced
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Tbs Grated Ginger
1/4 Cup Sherry Cooking Wine
1 Tbs Worchestire
1/4 Cup Gochujang Chili Paste
1 Tbs Brown Sugar
1 15 Oz Can Tomato Sauce
3 Tbs Soy Sauce
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Meatballs
1 Pound Ground Beef
1/2 Pound Ground Pork
3 Cloves Grated Garlic
2 Tbs Grated Ginger
4 Scallions, Finely Chopped
2 Tbs Rice Vinegar
2 Tbs Soy Sauce
2 Tbs Sesame Oil
1 Egg Lightly Beaten
1/2 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
1 Tbs Salt And Pepper
Pasta
1 Pound Spaghetti Noodles
Salt To Taste For Water
Garnish
2 Scallions, Sliced
Sesame Seeds
Directions
Preheat oven to 425
Heat olive oil in saute pan. Add leeks and cook until translucent about 3 minutes. Add minced garlic stir around for 1 minute, add grated ginger. Then add your sherry cooking wine to reduce for 2 minutes. Once reduced add your worcestershire, gochujang chili paste, and brown sugar stir around. Add Soy Sauce. Cover and simmer for at least 20 minutes.
Add all your meatball ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Mix up with hands. DO NOT over mix. Form balls with your AKA cookie scoop. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Glaze your meatballs with the sauce. Place back in the oven for another 5 to 7 minutes or until fully cooked.
Heat a large pot with water for your pasta. Once boiling add salt and pasta. Cook until al dente. Once pasta is done save 1/2 cup of your starchy water and then drain your pasta. Toss cooked pasta with your water and half the sauce. Save some sauce for topping. Serve with your meatballs and garnish… Enjoy!

guys what’s going onall right we’re over here we’re gonnastart getting this sauce going all rightwhat do we got going into this honey allright so we are starting with needs oil2 tablespoons of olive oil okay you knowI was gonna say that’s gonna help rightall right what do we got into going inhere next one week life I’ll tell youthat for a few minutes I’m in some freshgarlic can I add that next sauce 15 ounces thisis too spicy for you it’s going to cookout it’s also going to be tossed withpasta Smith you know it’s beautifulall right so we’re going to let thissimmer for about 20 minutes you tellthem you have to wait 20 minutes to eatthese delicious ballsokay we’re going to preheat the oven to425 for our meatballs and what are wedoing nextyeah let’s get on it can’t burn goofy[Music]long as you do a Korean meatball dancewith me if not recording a nutit is never theredon’t you think oh my god I’d sink therewith my foot 300 so we have a pound ofground beef half a pound of ground porkI’ve already minced some garlic aboutthree cloves and a tablespoon of gingeralready in there now we’re going to add[Music]it turns off careful don’t hurt yourselfso two tablespoons of rice vinegar againI do not measure so you can definitelymeasure if you would like twotablespoons of sesame oil I love Koreanfood it’s like all the best flavorprofiles sweet and sour and spicy yeahit’s it it hits all the notes it’sbeautifultwo tablespoons uh so we thought what’snice 1/2 a cup of panko breadcrumb andthen 1 egg lightly beaten abouttablespoon and there you go mix it allup and you got yourself some deliciousmeatball and then I got a mini ice creamscoop I’m going to use this keeps theboat ready to form some balls Oh ShhI’ve never been ready for some ballsmore in my entire life I’m definitelyputting call you but falls at the end ofthis video yeah let’s get ballin so Ihave a sheep in here parchment lined sothe meatballs do not stick can’t take mymini ice cream scoopstupid little bomb[Music]little cuties[Music]ah so now that we got our meatballs allformed I’m going to drizzle with someolive oilget some brown on top and then stickthem in the oven for about 10 minutesand then I’m gonna glaze it with thesauce Oh stick them in I can’t wait forthis also start your pasta waterwhy meatball they’re in the oven okayguys so here we go at this time Q&A sothe question today that I
