hey guys happy Saturday today isSaturday March what is today the 14thtoday I’m gonna be prepping male purposefor my meal for the week um on the menuis barbecue chicken some green beans asthe side I’m gonna make my own homemadeketo barbecue sauce sugar free I justactually got back in from going to WholeFoods and fairway from picking frompicking up the rest of the ingredientsthat I need so before I left the house Iwant I let my chicken soak I justfinished washing it and I was actuallyin the middle of cutting out the thegreen beans or whatnot so I was also inthe midst of en I’m eating my first mealof the day um last week my mom made mesome so fish and chopped up chopped upis basically okra and what is this okraand spinach chopped up together notes itwith some some melted butter in it sothis she also made mangu with it but Ithrew them on go away cuz as you knowI’m not eating carbs so this is myactual my first and last Miller today oftoday I’m starvingI already started eating it and almostdone but yeah alright so let me startI’m gonna um I’m gonna actually I’mgoing to actually um throw these wingsand some hot boiling water with limejuice and apple cider vinegar eventhough I already cleaned it whereeverything going on with thiscoronavirus you just can’t be too sureso I’m gonna boil it just to make sureeverything’s all good so I’m gonna put awith non juice in them and a little bitof apple cider and imma let things boilfor a little bit and then I’m gonna takethem out and I’m a seasoned them and Ilet them sit overnight I should haveactually like stab holes in these Iusually stop holding on my meat before iseason them so all the seasonings couldlike soak in and everything or whatnot Iusually do that but I’m not gonna bethis add holes in all of this chicken soI’ll just do it after it’s done boilingI wouldn’t not whatever but yeah so I’mgoing to now drop the chicken wings I’mmaking chicken wings I’m gonna dropthese in I don’t even know how longimma let them boil for maybe like 30minutes that way tomorrow they’d alreadybe half cooked all I have to do is storethem in the ovenI forgot to cut this one and have throwthem in the oven and let them cookcan you see ya and I’m putting itbowling and chicken first then I’m aseasoning let it sit overnight and nowcook it up on tomorrow which is Sunday[Music]so I’m making green beans to go withthis I actually started cooking themalreadyI mean cutting up I already startedcutting up so I’m gonna finish cuttingup the green beans there’s only a fewleft and then imma just sit these in thefridge already wash them clean doneprepared them so I was in the midstalready cutting them so I’m gonna finishthat finish cutting them up cutting offthe ends let me actually move the cameraa little closer so you can see what’sgonna be going on this is all the stuffI’m using to make the barbecue sauce butI’m gonna finish cutting on my greenbeans these are fresh I got them fromfeet awayI haven’t had green beans in a while butI know I need to start eating moreveggies I usually just do salad orcauliflower or whatnot I know you guyscan’t see my faces all right you don’tneed so you know I love I always saythat right um but I usually always dolike cauliflower salad or whatnot so Iseen these I was like let me makesomething on green beans with mybarbecue chicken that’ll be good Ididn’t get that much because I don’tremember if I’m actually a fan of greenbeans a night but I just had a littlebit that’ll be probably good for liketwo daysum I picked up some other items also atWhole Foods some low carb onsnaps I picked up these lilies umchocolate-covered peanuts you know Iusually eat the lilies um chocolate shiton chocolate chips when I want somethingsweet like candy or something so when Iseen these and hopefuls today I was likeoh my godso for each serving it is um six netcarbs and 150 calories and that’s it’sthree point five servings in a bagI already weighed them and counted themso it’s like twelve of these four sixnet carbs and 150 calories they actuallygood it I already tried them so they’rechocolate-covered peanuts they are likewrong like they are bone like reallybone I ate a serving already that’sactually what I broke my fast with I atea serving of those um so what else did Ipick up yeah that’s it that’s the onlyour snacks that I picked up today Istill have more of my own grindings leftthat I mean the other day I’m gonnafreeze them because I actually get tiredof eating the same thing I’m such awidow but I can’t eat the same thing fortoo longso I ate them for like two days thebrownies and I’m gonna throw them in thefreezer so these are dying I cut them Icleaned them and everything so I’m juststick these in the fridge and I’m a cookthem tomorrow sautee them tomorrow whileI’m cooking the barbecue chickenso now I’m out to start on the homingKido barbeque sauce as I say I’m notKido but I do follow a lot of ketorecipes so this is the the recipe thatI’m gonna use I got it from a youtuberthis is the recipe I’m gonna use sowe’re closed for all sugar-free ketchupI use this blend or sugar-free ketchupit closed for brown sugar which I useswerve it’s a brown sugar it has zerocalories and zero sugar is made with aripped atoll is bomb on the recipe alsocalls for liquid smoke I just pickedthis up at Whole Foodssome Chipotle powder got this fromfairway today didn’t need apple cideryes apple cider and here you goI hate saying this stuff lookWorcestershire Worcestershire sauce therecipe calls for some salt and somegarlic powder I just found alarm juicehere because I was cooking it with thechicken look at this look at it look athow this chicken oh my god look at thatyou see that don’t mind this pot thispot is clean I just always keep it therecase I’m gonna whip up something realquick but yeah that looks crazy all thedirt look like this floating up andwhatnot and I just dropped[Music]I guess they just can’t I don’t knowwe’re camping but yeah so the recipecalls for a half a cup of sugar freeketchup which I have already measureddownhalf a cup of sugar free catch on threetablespoons remember i broke my thingearly in a week when I was doing thatother recipe it’s broken but I still gotitthree tablespoons of the brown sugarswerve I got just enough in here to itthat’s the funny thingso I’m gonna do 3 tablespoons it is giveme another thing I thought I had somemore this is kind of sticky so you couldjust grab it out quick thing and measureit up second tablespoon my mom thisbrown sugar this swerve is so good it’ssuch a good sugar replacement and I loveit like oh my god when I do my chili andstuff it calls for brown sugar I usethisthat’s the third table spoon now itcalls for look now we’re closed for atablespoon of apple cider here’s myapple cider with the McGrawcan you guys see see they down a littlebit okay just add it the apple cider ahalf a tablespoon of the WorcestershireI don’t know what no actually that is ahalf a teaspoon half a teaspoon no whatis it oh yeah this is a half atablespoon do I have the hot potatoyeah a half a tablespoon of theWorcestershirewhat’s your fire what is it somebodytell me how to pronounce thisthis is BomI use this and my chicken my ox hell’son my turkey wings my burgers this isjust bomb like it’s born it is one carbfor a teaspoon one car for everyteaspoon for that okay now we got a halfof tablespoon of the liquid smoke thisis zero net carb zero caloriesum liquid smoke basically um it’s gonnagive the source like a Hickory tastelike as if it came from the grill theliquid smoke this is my first timetrying it but I always see people use itin a recipe to give you a fool like asmoky taste holds on like I said I justbought this today so it wasn’t even openand you know what I’m gonna empty thiswater and clean the chicken again cuzthis looks crazy right now like theamount and this crazy cuz I cleaned itwith apple cider lemon juice let it sitfor like an hour before I left switchclean the water and did it again and letit sit for our got back in the houseWinston off and everything and now I’mboiling them and it’s still dirty it’sstill dirty that is baffling to me butanyway so 1/2 a tablespoon of liquidsmoke I’m gonna taste this this shittastes like tastes like gril like theoutside grill ahhthat’s where they come from umm a half atablespoon of garlic powder half atablespoon of garlic powderremember I’m making um sugar freebarbecue sauce 1/2 a tablespoon of saltI’m not gonna put a whole half a tableon just put a little bit and the lastingredient is 1/4 to 1/2 a tablespoon ofchipotle powder from fairway ChipotlepowderI think I’m gonna do that spicy I thinkI’m gonna do 1/4 tablespoon I’m notbidding on spice so I’ll do one for foolthat’s real spicy oh my god just fromjust tasting that baby please die junkI’m not sunk one fire right now sothat’s all the ingredients right here mybarbecue sauce my homemade barbecuesauce mix that up I’m gonna let this sitfor a while well I’m gonna let it sitovernight and then what I’m gonna dotomorrow is I’m gonna throw it maybe inthe pipe and cook it up a little bit sowe can get a little thicker or whatnotlet all these seasonings and stuffmarinate this it’s alright I think I’mgonna put more brown sugar I’m notfalling I’m not gonna hold you it haslike a spicy from the Chipotle I’mguessing the spiciness is taking overthe brown sugar so I’m gonna add morebrown sugar usually when I own when Iuse right when I wasn’t doing like lowcarb and sugar free I usually useregular barbecue sauce and I will alwayssprinkle it’s so funny I will alwayssprinkle brown sugar on after I put thebarbecue sauce I always sprinkle brownsugar and cinnamon on my chicken so I’mgonna have that sweet flavor this wasyou know before I started joining ketowhen I will do my honey wings I mean myhinny wings so I want a sweet tooththat tastes better sweeter just sweetwith the spicy with the Chipotle is goodso i’ma let this say this is my the homean Quito barbecue sauce I’m gonna letthis sit overnight and then tomorrow I’mgonna put it in a little on pan cook ita little bit to get it thick up I’mgonna change the water on this chickenand boil it one more time throw my snappeas beans my green beans and the holdson throw my green beans this is notgonna stay I’m so sick of this thing I’mgonna throw my green beans in the fridgelet those sit overnight um once thechicken holds on um once the chicken isdone boiling I’m gonna season it and letthat sit overnight so the season comemarinate and then I’ll be cookingeverything tomorrow Sunday guys I lookso tired I am so tired I wake up soearly in the morning I’m worrying myselfabout this whole coronavirus thing theydone cancelled us coming in to school Igo to Lehman College they don’tcancelled our classes and put it todistant distance learning thereforeeverything is gonna be online I’m superstressed about that yesterday I work Iwork in a school one of the teachersgave us a little scared she called outand she let somebody know thatshe was running a high fever and thatshe was scared that um she might havehad the UM the college Ronen virus whichwas crazy that let me move this back alittle bit which was crazyshe god I was just at contactwith her but she was here at work didanother I was mainly so scared and I hadlike a little anxiety attack because Igo in her classroom every morning to gosee my friend crystal who’s also aparaprofessional so I go in that classevery morning to go speak to them sowhen I was told that she might uh likehave it I was freaking out but come tofind out I’m her test wasn’t positive umthey had faxed in a clearance for heryesterday they let us know in the officethey faxed in the Clarence she didn’ttest positive so how has to be back towork on MondayKorona free hopefully let me stop she’sgood but it is whole situation is justit’s so annoying you know um I worrythat the fact that on the deal we is notclosing any public schools so we allworried about that I still got some fooland four-one-ohwe worried about that it’s just a lotgoing on right nowI don’t purchase my ticket and pay formy hotel to go to Miami for my birthdayand if this thing is still going on theone what’s gonna happen you cannot puttrustful instrumentsI put travel insurance on my tripbecause of this whole situation I’mdead-ass usually never done but I didthis time but I just hope this thingclears up get it fromWhole Foods I love this stuff I swear byit I clean all my meats with it Mr BondI sometimes also squeeze limes but takethe easy way out I do this and you knowwhat I think I’m gonna clean my greenbeans one more time just let them sitcause they fresh so you know everybodytouching up stuffso I must sit let these sit a little bitmore and so I live by this too so I do amixture of lime juice and apple cidervinegar with the mother and that’s how Iclean all my stuff or whatnot that’s itlet that sit soon that’s it guys showsyou how to make the keto friendly sugarfree barbecue sauce so jaha and that’s my drink right theresometimes I use the crystallitesI’ll do half a pack you know have like alittle strawberry lemonade thing goingon you know what that’s what i’ma do I’mgonna actually make a drink for y’allhow I usually do my drinks that’s whati’ma do I’m gonna do that for y’allbut we gonna call this a ketogenic agoddamn keto drink yeah that’s whatwe’re gonna call this seem like
