Roasted meat with Oriental BBQ sauce
Ingredients:
500g meat
2 tbsp Oriental BBQ sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp cooking wine
1/2 tsp salt
40ml of water
Method:
1)Use a fork to prick the meat a few times on both sides. Add all the seasonings,mixture well and marinate for 15 hours or overnight.
2)After 15 hours,place the marinade meat on the stainless steel stand and set aside.
3)Place 2 layers of aluminum foil into the wok,cover with lid and heat up over high flame for 1 minute. Remember to stick the hole in the lid with cellophane tape.
4)Then place the meat with stand into the wok and cover with lid to roast over medium-low flame for 20 minutes.
5)Take the meat out and apply a layer of honey. Place back the meat on the top of stainless steel stand and cover with lid to roast over medium-low flame for 10 minutes.
6)Apply a layer of oriental BBQ sauce and roast for another 5 minutes.
7)Take it out,cut in slices thinly and place in serving plate. Serve immediately with chicken rice chili.(optional)
