Hello and welcome back to my channel. It’s currently Winter here in the UK, which means no Grilling which can be daunting for us Jerk chicken lovers. Don’t worry I got you, in this tutorial I’ll be showing you how to make delicious jerk chicken that looks like it was oven grilled!!
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp jerk seasoning
1Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp chicken seasoning
1 Tbsp all purpose seasoning
1 Tbsp mixed herbs
1 Tbsp ground black pepper
1 Tbsp paprika powder
2 Tbsp jerk seasoning (you can adjust this to as little or as much as you like)
4Tbsp BBQ sauce
Chicken wing 1kg
