Ingrediants:
2Kg of Beef Ribs
1 & 1/2 x Bottles of BBQ Sauce
4 x TBS of Nandos Peri-Peri Sauce. (I used Medium)
1/3 x Bottle of Honey (340g bottle)
1 x TBS Green/Red Chillies (finely chopped)
2 x TBS of Salt
1 x TBS Ground Black Pepper
2 x Cube of Garlic
2 x TBS of Sun dried tomatoes
2 x TSP of Onion salt
