Ingredients and measurements:
Dry
All purpose white flour, 1 cup
Garlic Powder, 1 tablespoon
Onion Powder, 1 tablespoon
Salt, 1/4 teaspoon
Seasoning Salt, dash
Cajun Seasoning, 1 teaspoon
Smoked Paprika, 1 teaspoon
Chives, for garnish

Cauliflower
Panko Breadcrumbs, I used half of the box
Sweet baby Rays or your fav bbq sauce
Almond Milk or water, 1 and 3/4 of a cup

hi foodies welcome to another episode offoodie – I hope you all are doing OK orthe best that you can right now I knowthat it’s quarantine times if you cantell but in this time right now isreally great for sharpening our skillsand what skill better to have thancooking because you’re always gonna needto eat alright so today in this episodewe’ll be working with barbecuecauliflower wings which is a nicecombination of tastiness but you’reeating cauliflower so you get thatnutritional benefit so we’re gonna putthose two together and make a nice easytasty mealalrightso for this recipe you’re just gonnaneed a few things is mainly barbecuesauce cauliflower your spices and flourso for my flour I got regular whiteflour you can use wheat if you want to Idon’t know how that’ll turn out but ifyou want to get that more some morefiber inside of you know your diet or inyour wings you can go ahead and use thatoption I got infamous sweet baby Ray’sgot a pretty big thing because I had acatering job and I guess grocery storesare kind of bare right now I went withthese japanese-style where it comes butI’m pretty sure they’ll get the job doneyou will need some cauliflower that’sthe main ingredient of this whole dishsome salt pepper garlic powder onionpowder you can have some chives forgarnish some mari’s the salt by itselfis you know good enough but I like alittle more oomph so if you want largepretty optional some occasion spice thisis also pretty optional I like a littlebit of heat to my wings and then somesmoked paprika which is also optionalbut it does complement the flavor bothwith real chicken and just abouteverything I love smoked paprika I alsoforgot you should have some almond milkbut water works perfectly fine too okayso after you wash your cauliflower yougonna cut it up into little pieces likethis well that wasn’t so little but alittle a little cute piece like this soyou get that Winky effect like it’s aboneless wings from here I’ll grab myflour and all my dry spices and mix themin a bowl well the ingredients that Ilisted down below and I’m just mixing upmy dry ingredients so they even lead tofirst and next I’m going to I just don’twant it to be like really thick soalready done one I took my pan and Idipped it in the batter and in my crumbsmy bread crumbs and I’m gonna justrepeat that into plain looking good butvery plain-looking you know cook it andgive it some colorit already has after you’re gonna throwit in your oven that’s preheated to 450for 15 minutes and then we’re gonna flipthem in between they’ve been in the ovenfor 15 minutes I’m just gonna take themout[Music][Music][Music][Music]but if you want you can brush over somemedium layer your garnish and if youlike some French or vegan ranch orwhatever dressing that you made for[Music][Music][Music]
