1/4 tsp salt
1/4-1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
any seasoning granules(magic sarap)
For barbecue sauce:
3 cloves garlic
1/2 onions
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup sugar
1/4-1/2 tsp pepper
