Bbq smoked turkey wings. Smoked at 250° for 3 hours, wrap the wing in aluminium foil for the first hour and a half.( use the turkey juice in the bbq sauce.) then grill for a nice char, & smother in homemade low sugar bbq sauce. Here’s the bbq sauce recipe.
Ingredients
1 14 ounce can tomato sauce
1 6 ounce can tomato paste
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons unsulfured molasses
4 teaspoon onion powder
3 teaspoon garlic powder
3 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce vegan version, if desired
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1/8– ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions
Whisk together all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan set over medium heat.
Bring to a boil and simmer, partially covered, for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
