youwhat you think good awesome[Music]tonight for dinner we’re doing barbecuestyle turkey tenderloinsso this is a really simple recipe forthe pressure cooker but it’s really fullof flavor so what I have down here inthe pot that looks like a lot of oliveoil but it really isn’t it’s onetablespoon of olive oil and I kind ofmixed it around the turkey tenderloinsalt pepper 2 tablespoons of mincedgarlic because I really like that andthen 2 measured tablespoons of I’m usingbaby Ray’s barbecue sauce but you coulduse any barbecue sauce you want youcould use G Hughes sugar free you coulduse any sugar free version you like butsince it’s only 2 tablespoons andKevin’s gonna eat this tonight as wellhe’s not a huge fan of sugar freebarbecue sauce so we’re going to use thereal stuff tonight I’m just gonna setthis on poultry and it will be about 20minutes I usually do a slow-releaseon turkey tenderloin especially when Ihave two of them you could probably dothe quick-release if you want to but theslow release is like 10 minutes so Idon’t mind waiting as a side with theturkey tenderloin I’m going to do greenbeans so the way I like to do my greenbeans I’m really picky about green beansI only like the canned whole green beansI don’t like the cut ones I actually amnot that big of a fan of the fresh onesI don’t know why I just don’t I don’tlove the texture of them so I have 2cans of whole green beans in here 1tablespoon of I can’t believe it’s notbutter light some salt and pepper andthen about probably about the equivalentof a half a tablespoon of garlic powderbecause I love garlic and everythingit’s really good in green beans so I’mgoing to cook those andserve that with tonight’s meal I justcompleted the slow-release and look atthat does that not look so delicioussorry for the color change that is cuzsteam is hitting my camera but that’llbe a really good sauce at the bottom soI’m going to get that out and get it cutup look how tender that looks that isperfectly cooked now for Kevin I willprobably put a little extra drizzle ofbarbecue sauce over it but I took onelittle bite and it is delicious this iszero points as a you know in the bagbecause it doesn’t have any seasoning onit which is what you want that way youcan season it however you like so theonly thing you’re going to do is countthe barbecue sauce so by the time youtake two tablespoons even if you useregular barbecue sauce and divide thatby how many servings you’re going to getout of this it’s going to be very lowpointsyou
