thirty recording so[Music]well the mic can hear me so I had to trythis first before I maybe then Ideep-fried some wild turkey breasts andit turned out pretty good so we’re gonnavideo it and show you how I did that sohe all you do is break the breasts downa little bit it was bigger than this Igot some in here I’m gonna break it downinto little chunks like that littlebite-size then once I get that done I’llcome back so you can hold it and then Iget fast forward through this okay oryou canwhen you’re cutting your pieces youdon’t want them too big so you want tosplit this in half just fit a cannedcook evenly and you don’t want yourgrease on too high because then you’lljust burn them they won’t cook youusually put my grease at about 350 okaynext step we’re gonna that’s a range nottoo much then we’re gonna add some TheKeg steakhouse when you do able to mixyou get it[Applause]then let that sit in the fridge forabout ten minutes and then we’ll comeback ten minutes we’re gonna put it insome fish batter that’s how you usuallyadd a little bit occasion but a littletoo spicy for Chanda and just like thisall you do that it is in there then dropher in there so I’ll fill this rack upand then we’re just gonna drop it in thegrease and I don’t usually time it I’llusually just go by look how they lookyou don’t want too dark but you wantabout a golden brown and then all you dois you take them out of the grease and Iusually get upset for about two to threeminutes you know they’ll continue tocook cause you don’t want to mess aroundwith raw turkey or you know it’s justlike chickenso I’ll get these in here and then we’llcome right backI lost my cameraman so you got to do isdrop in the greasethen I’m get going a little bit thenit’s going to take the spoon and makesure that you’re not all stuck to thebottom back are out a little bit toabout 30 40alright that was about two three minutesbig T hello oh my just filming a cookingvideo what’s up I’m making a turkeybreasts I cut them into little nuggetsand batter them up and drop them in somegrease alright sorry well then I got aphone call from Big T but yeah oncethat’s done let him rest and this platehim upthat’s a paper towel down just like fishthis should be perfecthey mine with a little bit of tartarsauce it’s pretty good yeah that’s thatWow turkey breast nugget[Music]you
