5 lbs Turkey wings halved
6 table spoons Louisiana grill Lemon pepper garlic herb seasoning
Bacon to wrap wings
Tip: toss wings with seasonings then wrap them with bacon then sprinkle some more seasonings
Tip: squeeze a lime when finished cooking and sprinkle with cilantro if you like, or ur favorite dressing
Smoked in my Louisiana grill LG900 for 2 hours or until wings internal temperature hits 175 degrees. smoker set at 275 degrees the whole cook.

what’s up everybody this is meet kinkscoming right are you super excited forLouisiana grill pellet grill potluckthat’s happening I’ll be preparing someturkey wings wrapped with baconmake sure when you’re prepping the wingsto trim them and cut the tips off anddispose of the tips and this way it’d bea lot easier to prep them seasoned themproperly and then wrap them with baconlittle tip for you when you aresplitting the wings is you want to findwhere the joint is that and then cutthrough the joint be the easy swing andthere you have itthey are massive those turkey wings I’mexcited I can’t wait to eat them I’llshow how to prep is just one or two moreafter this and then we’ll move on to thesmoking this way you’re not wasting yourtime watching me prep 23 of those wingsI will use my favorite rub I love thelemon pepper garlic herb from Louisianagrills make sure that you mix it reallywell get all the wings covered with theseasoning and don’t be scared if youneed to add more seasoning add moreseasoning if you need tothe rapping part I’m not an expert atall so I’ve never rapped turkey wingsbefore so you can tell I was trying tofigure it out and then the more you doover those the better you’re gonna getmore comfortable just remember you canstretch out the bacon a little bit justto cover the whole wing if you canI’ll demonstrate on a couple more andthen we move on to the next part of thisjust so you’re not wasting your timenothing worse than watching a 20 minutevideo of just how to wrap Turkey I’msure you get the point and this oneturned out really well and proud of itso now that I have everything wrapped upand ready don’t forget make sure youseason the outside of the bacon as wellprior to putting it on the smoker I lovedry rib wings and I can’t wait I can’twait to try those so just make sure toflip them over get every get it I meanyou can season them you don’t have toseason them I just like to have aconsistent flavor consistent texturethroughout the whole meal when I’mhaving itthey are now ready to go on the smokerlet’s set up the smoker all rightyLouisiana pellet grill LG 900 we’regonna fire it up for the wings 275 thereyou go 275 we’re gonna throw the turkeyon there once it hits 275 the turkey allwrapped with bacon can’t wait allwrapped up the only addition I did Iadded toothpicks to it just so the bakerdoesn’t shrink off the meat but looksgreatthey’re ready to go on the smoker hereit is temperature hit 275 were ready togo in[Music]it looks very very good the way thatit’s wrapped it’s all covered in baconhere it is there’s a closer look andmake sure that you have good even spacein between them so they can cook evenlyalright we’re looking about two hourswe’ll check back on it you can noticethe temperatures dropped because we hadit open temperature will rise take a fewminutes so we’ll rise upand the cool thing about that one youcan actually choose if you want this iswhat I want it set up the actualtemperature inside right now is 188 thenwe’ll keep rising we’ll see in a bit forthis specific smoke I like to check onthem every 30 minutes just to see thecolor just to make sure I like to seehow that evolving as time goes by nowthis is after two hours of them beingsmoked look at the color of thatthat’s what you want at least that’swhat I want I love it when it’s crispyon the outside like this I did notadjust the temperature at all throughoutthe whole smoke[Music]don’t forget to remove the toothpicksfrom the wings okaythey’re done nice and crispy I like justto finish them off with a little bit oflime squeeze a little bit of lime alittle bit of cilantro just to decoratea little bit and then I like a littlebit of taziki’s on there as well thereyou go it ended up taking about twohours I made sure that they wereinternal temperature on them or about175 180 thank you very much for watchingplease follow me on Instagram orsubscribe to my youtube channel thankyou
