welcome back to my channel smoking andgrilling with meat a be gonna check thisout this is part two in the two-partseries smoke what we brined already thatwas part 1 if you haven’t seen part 1I’ll go ahead and link that in the highcard above so you can go ahead and takea look at that now listen I’m going todetail in a whole nother video on how toproperly season the turkey you know Imean then we wanna you know cook theturkey but this right here is just toshow you that when you brine these arethe results you’re going to get solisten I’ve already seasoned you knowwhat I mean I’ll give you a quickrundown sprayed it a little bit withsome cooking oil put my seasoning onthere and got it you don’t nice andready for the smoker and I’m bringingthe smoker up to a heat right now oncewe get up to temp that I’m just gonnaput it in there you know I’m using mythermal probe which is off to the side Idon’t know if you guys can see it youknow I mean we’re gonna mind monitoringthe internal you don’t let me know nowe’re just gonna stay on that we’regonna cook it for our time and then oncewe’re done with that I’m a slicer toshow you and I’m gonna hopefully showyou that listen if you never ever brineda turkey before or brine anyone for thatmatter this is the way to go so staytuned[Music]okay look you just saw me put the turkeyinside of the smoker listen I’m gonnakeep it inside the smoker for aboutthree and a half hours listen to everybout every hour I’m gonna come out youknow take a look at it and then rotatethe turkey just to see you know how it’sbrowning and stuff like that listen wejust want to make sure that outer crispyyou know that outer skin is nice andcrispy and I mean because we’re gonnaeat the whole thing so stay with me andI’ma keep you updated hot as gold thenwe don’t get it in the inside and thenwe can’t wait to you know cut it sliceit so you can just see the texture andhow tender and juicy the meat is don’tforget we brining the turkey okay listenit’s been three and a half hours theturkeys done I can tell you hey let mejust show it to you right here here itis look at the color on it listen I wentahead and smoked it I smoked it at twohundred and eighty degrees you know forthree and a half hours it actuallyprobably stayed in there about threehours and 45 minutes you know by thetime I got everything set up to you knowget it and take it off so outside ofthat let’s go ahead and cut it[Music][Music]who you see that nice and tender you seethe juices the right ear[Music]oh yeah nice tinder cook well you knowwhat I’m gonna stop because right nowwhat I got on my mind is more you thinkI can think about his just sent withthem bugging me okay you just saw howjuicy was when I was cutting it you cansee the juices coming aroundthat’s that brine and this one rememberI did no injection this all became youknow once you put it in the brine theturkey and there’s no the salt rememberthat cup of salt we put in there alongwith that vegetable broth I don’t knowhow mike night has said this but listendon’t use that low sodium you want to goahead and use the one that you knowthat’s just regular listen that salttake some of the moisture and flavoroutside of the turkey once everythingbecomes room temperature and it kind oflike equalizes then it like absorbseverything back and holds that moistureand solder at me and that’s what we wantright here so I don’t want to keeptalking about it here at here let’s goahead and eat so listen cuz my mom iswater and as I’m a look you just see itthough are youI want to tell you this listen this isjust the norm you don’t think this ishow I turkeys just turn out this andthis is just top-notchI know I did no injectors not like thatthat is juicy flavorful I can even tastethe smoke from my my pellet grill thisright here is nice and listen it’s righthere to skin mmm the turkey after beingbrine you can see the meat where I cutit the studio to see is tender juicy sodo yourself a favor next time you getready to make a turkey if you’ve neverdone a brine before try itlisten there’s all type of Bryan recipesthis is like super simple and it’s likegreat flavor you know once you get intoit and you like it you know you see theyou know the end results you know I meanthen you can start looking up differentour recipes they have some that you putonion thyme all of that in there but Ikept it real simple just to show youthat brine does work outside of that Igot a sandwich with a little Mayo withthis turkeys name on it on me so I’mgetting ready to get into it you knowwhat I want to thank you if you’re newto the channel don’t forget to subscribeif you like this video don’t forget tohit the like button and if you haven’talready hit that Bell button so you canget more videos like thisother than that I’m out peace[Music]
