The big easy grill does a wonderful job on so many recipes, but the spatchcocked turkey was absolutely perfect, in my opinion. It was so juicy and tasty, and because we spatchcocked it, it allowed the turkey to cook quicker and more evenly than if it was kept whole.
We have done other big easy grill recipes before, but it sure does a turkey like they should be done. But why wouldn’t they? They are the oil-less turkey fryers that eliminate all the grease in regular turkey fryers, and they are so much safer too!
