Grilled Pork Spicy Salad wrapped in leaves

• Baby Cos
• Tomatoes
• Cucumber
• Lime
• Garlic
• Bird Chillies
• Shallot
• Pork
• Oyster Sauce
• Fish Sauce
• Palm sugar
• Honey
• Roasted Rice

How to make Grilled Pork Spicy Salad wrapped in leaves

1. Marinate the pork: use the fork stab all over the pork steak (make it softer and absorb the spices easier), start seasoning with oyster sauce, honey, roasted rice and coriander root (optional). Try to coat the pork with the marinate sauce and set aside.
2. Prepare all ingredients: mince the garlic, slice shallot, chop the chilli, cut the lime and squeeze to get a lime juice, chop tomatoes and cucumber into dice size.
3. Make the spicy dressing: in the mixer bowl, add fish sauce, lime juice and palm sugar, blend together until palm sugar dissolved, then add more favour by add chillies, shallot and garlic, mix it well. Taste and adjust favour to reach your satisfied.
4. Grill the pork: use the flat pan, heat the pan over low-medium heat, add some oil and start to grill the pork (don’t be surprised if the outside of pork turns out black colour because of the rice easy to burn) make sure the pork cooked, bring out and slice it.
5. In the big bowl add tomatoes, cucumber and grilled pork, stir a bit. Arrange it on baby cos (try to make it into a bite-size), then spoon the spicy dressing all over. Ready to serve.
