today I am busy running my boys around
Tristan and Aiden to basketball games soI need a easy instant pot recipe
where I can throw everything in the potwalk away come back and it is ready so
lucky I have some beef stew me in thefridge so in today’s video we are going
to be making a Korean dish called beefbulgogi it is a delicious dish my boys love it and it will help refuelthem after burning a lot of calories
let’s go spice things up okay so thefirst thing we are going to do is turn
on the saute button now to the pot weare going to add two tablespoons of
sesame oil so once the oil starts toheat up we’re going to add about one and
a half pounds of beef stew meat to thepot and now we are going to add one cup
of brown sugar to it and then you wantto coat all the meats with the brown
sugar and the oil and we’ll want to cookit for about five minutes all right it’s
been sauteing for about five minutes nowwe’re going to turn the pot off so now
we’re going to add the rest of theingredients to the pot we will want 1/3
cup of soy sauceand just put it in the pot and 1 teaspoon
of ground ginger and a half a cup ofgreen onions that I already chopped up you
will want to cut a few more for when themeal is done just to put it on the top
and then you will want to mince fourgarlic cloves now give it a good stirman these things come in handy so I
don’t burn my hand when I’m holding thepot if you want to know where to buy
these I will try to find them and linkthem below all right so now it’s
time to put the lid on and turn it onsealing alright so we want to turn on
the manual and we want to cook it for 40minutes alright so now It is going to
come up to pressure luckily it won’ttake as long because we already had the
sautee button onso the pot is already hot so it’s going
to come up to pressure and then countfrom 40 all the way to zero and then we
are going to let it naturally releasefor about ten minutes so we’ll come back
after it has been naturally releasingfor about 10 minutesall right so it’s been naturally
releasing for ten minutes now it’s timeto release the valve all right moment of
truth and then give it one last goodstir and a side note is I always cook
some rice to go along with this and thenjust pour the beef along with the juice
over the rice and it is doneall right we are back from basketball and we are ready to eat okay
my boys already ate Tristan had two bigplatefuls and Aiden already ate now
it’s my turn so I’m gonna give it a tryfor you I’m gonna get a little bit of
rice with a little bit of the beefmmm this is so good the beef it’s nice
and tender from cooking it for a whileand it has great flavors in it I hope
you give it a try and comment down belowwhat your favorite Korean dishes is thank
you guys so much bye and see you in thenext video
