Dear viewers today I make a very tasty and quick make BBQ chicken paratha rolls. I made this BBQ chicken paratha rolls with mustard sauce and it was so yummy and tasty paratha roll that you will ever remember it.
BBQ chicken paratha Rolls are very easy to cook at home and my new chefs must follow this recipe step by step. A complete recipe with ingredients is given below:

Ingredients Paratha:

Plain Flour (maida): 2 cup
Salt: 1 cup
Oil: 2 Tbsp.
Water: as required

Method:

Mix salt and oil in flour and mix them well. Then add water gradually and knead fine dough. Then cover it and rest it for 1 hour.
Method of Paratha:
Make 6 balls with this dough and then take one ball and roll it to make round shape. Apply some oil on it and dust flour then cut it into semi-circle and fold this shape from one end to the other. Then open all layers and twist its lower part to make a folded ball. Make all balls in the same way. Then again make round shape paratha and cook it with some oil. Make all parathas in the same way.

Ingredients stuffing:

BBQ chicken tikka breast: 2 full
Capsicum (Shimla mirch): 1 cup
Cabbage: 1 cup
BBQ sauce: 1 Tbsp.
Oil: 1 Tbsp.
Salt: 1 Tsp
Chili flakes: 2 Tsp

Method:

Take 2 breasts of BBQ chicken tikka and shred them. Now add oil in a pan and add capsicum in it. Stir it for 1 min and then add cabbage. Stir for 3 mins and add shredded chicken in it. Now cook it for 5 mins and add BBQ sauce, salt and chili flakes in it and mix them well. Cook it for 4 to 5 min on medium to high flame and remove it from flame.

Mustard mayonnaise sauce:

Mustard paste: 1 Tsp
Mayonnaise: 2 Tbsp.
Yogurt: 4 Tbsp.
Garlic clove (finely chopped): 3 cloves

Method:

Add mustard paste, mayonnaise and garlic chunks in yogurt and mix them well.

Chili sauce:

Ketchup: 3 Tbsp.
Chili flakes: 2 Tsp
Vinegar: 1 Tbsp.

Method:

Add vinegar and chili flakes in ketchup and mix it well.

Salad:

Cucumber: 1 large
Onion: 1 large

Stuffing:

Take one paratha and apply chili sauce on it then put 2 Tbsp. of BBQ chicken filling on it. Add salad on it. Now add mustard mayonnaise sauce on it and if required more spicy then add some chili sauce on it.
Now wrap this paratha in butter paper and serve it with salad and chili sauce.
