How to cook the Chicken Kebabs very tasty
D’ Best BBQ Chicken Kebabs Recipe there is.
Ingredients are:
* 2 Pcs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
* 1 Teaspoon Himalayan pink salt / Rock salt
* 1 Tablespoon sweet paprika
* 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
* 2 Tablespoons of pure Honey
* To balance the flavour can use sugar if you like. Optional
* 1 Teaspoon of soya sauce less salt
* 1 Teaspoon of black pepper
* 2 Cloves of garlic -finely chopped
* Pinch of chicken stock
* 1 Teaspoon garlic and salt spicy
* 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
* 1 Teaspoon sunflower oil
* 1 Teaspoon 5 spice mix
* 2 Sprigs of spring onions chopped for top it up.
* Bamboo skewers
Procedures:
Cut the chicken breast fillets to your desired cuts in small
wash it thoroughly and path it with kitchen towel to dry.
mix it in a bowl and put all the ingredients together mix it up
till you get the desired taste. cover it up with cling plastic if you want to overnight marinade the meat. you can marinade it for 3o minutes if you are in hurry to cook it.
but always the best results and absorbs all the chicken flavour if you put it in the fridge for overnight marinate.
Cooking time:
180 degrees in the oven for at least 25 minutes.
flip it over for every 15 minutes or so till the chicken meat will nice and tender. it is so nice and juicy chicken kebabs there is. Taste so heavenly..scrumptious food ever
