Easy chicken tangdi kebab recipe on a pan or tawa.

Ingredients:

Chicken Legs : 2
Curd : 1 tbsp
Ginger-Garlic paste : 1/2 tbsp
Cumin Powder : 1/2 tbsp
Garam Masala : 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala : 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder : 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Kasoori Methi : 1/2 tbsp
Lemon Juice : 1 tbsp
Oil : 2 tbsp

Method-

– Wash and clean the chicken. Make cuts on the chicken legs.
– Take a plate, add curd (1 heap tablespoon), ginger-garlic paste -1/2 tbsp, cumin powder – 1/2 tbsp,
garam masala – 1/2 tsp, chaat masala -1/2 tsp, pepper powder – 1/2 tsp, salt to taste, Kasoori methi – 1/2 tbsp,
lemon juice – 1 tbsp
– Mix well. Add the chicken legs
– Coat the mixture all over the chicken and inside the cuts
– Keep it rest for 15-20 mins
– Take a pan on medium heat, add a oil and place the marinated chicken
– Cook on low-med heat from all sides
– Scrape the extra mixture from the pan
– Cook until chicken becomes tender
– Serve hot with salad or chutney

Tips-

– After resting, the mixture will release some extra water from curd and salt. Do not mix this water again to the mixture.
– Cook chicken on low-med heat
– If you are planning to grill the chicken in oven then use hung curd, else the chicken will release a lot of water due to curd
– Do not add too much salt as chaat masala has some salt in it
