hello and welcome to the riots kitchentoday I’ll show you how to cook Ryan’ssubi fully cooked smokehouse barbecuechicken wings these wings have beenslow-cooked in the sous-vide method withour unique BBQ smoking marinade that’srich in flavors of tangy barbecue andvinegar brown sugar and honey by slowcooking the meat on these wings is verysoft and literally will fall from thebone since this is already fully cookedjust have to reheat anything from arefrigerator to eating in less than fiveminutes nowthis inner package that’s on the insideof this box is made to either cook inthe microwave or we can cook it up onthe stovetop with boil in the back I’llshow you how to do each one you simplyopen the box we move this inner seal andchoose which one here that is withcooking liquid now let me show you inthe microwave take this inner sleep andplace it inside then put your power upto high and cook for one minute at theend of one minute remove the packageholding by the edges because the chickenis going to be hotturn it over and put it right back intothe other againone more minute unhiding at the end ofthat minute remove your package takeyour probe thermometer and place itright into the medias part of the dramawe’re looking for 74 degrees which is165 degrees Fahrenheit then just let theproduct rust for two minutesthe end of that two minutes simplycarefully open the package and removethe wings onto your plateit’s daddy’sthe reserved cooking liquid that’s leftyou can pour right on top of these wingsthoughand you’re ready to eat there’s anadditional step that you can take andthat’s the brown and there’s twodifferent ways that are very easy toBrown the first is take these wings thatare already microwave and put them intoyour broilerin your broiler and in your oven placethe rack as high as you can and in anoven safe pan just simply put the wingsand place them under the broiler abouttwo or three minutes per side remove andenjoy the second way though is on thestovetop you can take these wings put alittle bit of oil to film your saute panor if you’re using a griddle like I amtodayjust simply spread the oil around andthen take these same wings and put themright into the hot oilthis is only going to take about two orthree minutes per Sode okay if you haveany reserved cooking liquid now’s thetime to pour it right on and it willthicken right upthen continue to turnthe sauce is starting to pick up pickingup where that sauce right back onif you can smell the kitchen it smellslike a barbecue house in herenow the sauces would be nice and thickturn one more timeand playit’s just that easy lastly let’s reheatthese wings on the stovetop take asaucepan and fill it half full of waterplace it covered on high heat until itstarts to boil then take the innerpocket from the box and place it intothis hot water just like this put thelid back onto the pin and turn the heatoff let it sit for 10 minutes at the endof 10 minutes then you can remove andplate just like we did the last or youcan choose to breath again the same waythat we did the last time either in thebroiler of the oven or on the stovetopthank you very much for watchingsubscribe to our channel to see morevideos on all of our other Brian’sbottles
