Cajun Grilled BBQ Chicken Wings

1-2 pounds chicken wings
1 tbsp Onion powder
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tsp qSalt
1 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Ground cumin
1 tsp Paprika
A dash of Ground clove
1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
1 tbsp Dried parsley
1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1-2 cups bbq sauce of your choice
Nonstick cooking spray

hey guys so today I’m showing you how tomake these grilled chicken wings theiroccasion grilled barbecued chicken wingsthey’re so easy to make and absolutelyhealthy so let’s get started with therecipe so I’m gonna start off byseasoning my chicken wings I alreadywashed them and I’m seasoning it withsome garlic powder some onion powderblack pepper dried parsley flakespaprika a little bit of ground clovesjust a dash of it some cinnamon powdersome ground ginger salt and of coursesome Cajun seasoning so the Cajunseasoning I’m using is this one righthere slap your mama Cajun seasoning themild one okay you can use any of yourfavorite brand of Cajun seasoning sonext I’m gonna pour the seasoning ontothe chicken and just rub it in all overthe chicken make sure the chicken wingsis fully coated with the seasoningmixture next I’m gonna cover my chickenand I’m gonna let it marinate for atleast one hour but preferably overnightif you have time and can we season itand let it marinate overnight at maximumflavor okay so next get your favoritebarbecue sauce today I’m using thisKentucky bourbon barbecue sauce I got itfrom Target and you’re gonna take thebarbecue sauce and just cover thechicken wings with the barbecue sauce soI would say I used about 1 to 2 cups ofthe barbecue sauce and I just poured itall over the chicken wings and make surethe chicken wings was fully coated inthat delicious barbecue sauce all righttop and bottom of the wings and nextyou’re gonna get your grill I’m using myGeorge Foreman grill and once it’s readyyou’re gonna spray it with some nonstickcooking spray and then take the piecesof wings and just place them on thegrill and get readycook it so I started please all my wingsof the grill I’m gonna cover it and I’mgonna let the chicken grill let thechicken grill on one side for about Ithink I left it for about 15 minutes 10to 15 minutes and then I flipped all ofthe wings to the other side and I’m alsogonna baste it with some more of thebarbecue sauce and then you’re gonna letthat side cover the grill and let itcook for about 10 to 15 more minutesuntil it’s fully cooked perfectlycharred to your liking and yeah andthat’s basically it for these wings youguys they’re so easy to make and they’reso delicious and they’re on the healthyside what’s better than that so yeahguys that’s it for this recipe so thankyou guys so much for watching this videoI hope you enjoyed the recipe I hope yougive it a try and I will see you guysnext time[Music]you
