For the Barbecue sauce, I followed this recipe → https://bit.ly/3kPwv2e
but replaced the Coca Cola with Founders Brewing Company’s Canadian Breakfast Stout. CBS is an amazing stout, learn more about it here → https://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/1199/47658/

I also added Bravado Spice Company’s AKA Miso Ghost Pepper and Carolina Reaper hot sauce. This may be the best BBQ sauce I have ever had. I would highly recommend recreating this, feel free to add another beer if you can’t find CBS.

=========================
Recipe:
-2 cups of Heinz Ketchup
-1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
-5 tablespoons of white sugar
-1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
-1/2 tablespoon of onion powder
-1/2 tablespoon of black pepper
-2 tablespoons of Worcestershire
-1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice

Stir to combine.
Add your favorite hot sauce to taste (the hotter the better)
Stir in at least 12oz of a sweet stout like Canadian Breakfast Stout.
Bring to slow boil and turn the heat on low and simmer for 45-60 minutes until thickened. (Reduced by about half)
Carefully pour into a jar or container and chill for 30 minutes before using.
ENJOY!
