GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST WITH STAMPPOT AND FRESH BOILED VEGS IS AN EASY AND TASTY RECIPE BY CHEF KALIM AHMAD.
THIS RECIPE IS PREPARED BY ALL THE FRESH INGREDIENTS AND A GREAT SOURCE OF ENERGY FOR ALL AGE GROUPS.
HERE IS THE STEP BY STEP RECIPE OF GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST WITH STAMPPOT AND FRESH BOILED VEGS.
INGREDIENTS.( FOR ONE PERSON.)
1. CHICKEN BREAST. 1.
2. OLIVE OIL. 2_3 TABLESPOONS.
3. BUTTER. 1 TABLESPOON.
4. MILK. 1/2 CUP.
5. SALT. TO TASTE.
6. BLACK PEPPER. TO TASTE.
7. LEMON JUICE OF HALF LEMON.
8. NUTMEG POWDER. 2_3 PINCHES.
9. BOILED CARROT. 1.
10. GREEN BEANS. 10 GRAMS.
11. BOILED POTATOES. 2 MEDIUM.
(TO MAKE PUREE/ STAMPPOT.)
12. BOILED CARROT. 1 BIG SIZE.
( TO MAKE PUREE/STAMPPOT.)
13.CHOPPED CORIANDER + MINT.
TO GARNISH WITH.
14. POMEGRANATE GRAINS.
TO GARNISH.

PREPRATIONS.
1. PEAL, SHERRED AND BOIL THE CARROT TO MAKE PUREE.
2. PEAL, CUT AND BOIL POTATOES TO MAKE PUREE.
3. BOIL GREEN BEANS TO SERVE WITH THERECIPE.
4. PEAL, CUT JULLIAN AND BOIL THE OTHER CARROT TO SERVE WITH THE RECIPE.
5. PRESS THE CHICKEN BREAST WITH MEAT HAMMER AND SEASON WITH OLIVE OIL, BLACK PEPPER AND SALT ON BOTH SIDE.
6. MERINATE THE CHICKEN BREAST FOR AT LEAST 10 _20 MINUTES.

INSTRUCTIONS.
1. ADD MILK IN A POT WITH NUT MEG POWDER.
2. ADD BUTTER IN A SAUCEPAN AND GRILL THE CHICKEN BREAST FROM BOTH SIDES TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
3. ADD BOILED POTATOES AND CARROT IN AN OTHER PAN AND WARM MILK TO VEGS AND MASH TO MAKE PUREE.
GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST WITH STAMPPOT AND FRESH BOILED VEGS IS READY.
DISHOUT AND SERVE WARM BY SQUEEZING LEMON JUICE AND GARNISHING WITH CORIANDER + MINT AND POMEGRANTE GRAINS.
