Smoked Potato Salad:
About 4 to 6 Yukon Potatoes smoked and cooled (depending on size)
1/2 C Mayo
1/2 C Sour Cream
1/3 C Chopped Sweet Onions
1/3 C Chopped Celery
1 Tbl Yellow Mustard
1 Tbl Ketchup
1 T Sweet Relish
1/2 tsp Salt & Pepper
4 Hard boiled eggs cooled & chopped
Optional: Chopped cooked bacon
