The perfect way to cook juicy and umami-rich Wagyu Cubes (Saikoro Steak) that literally melt in your mouth like butter! ❤️ Food & Recipes We LOVE ❤️

“Saikoro” means cubed beef tenderloin. Here, I used Wagyu cubes, which I pan-fried. I kept the seasoning very simple (i.e., Himalayan salt, freshly cracked peppercorns, and a pat of butter) because Wagyu is already rich in umami flavor. The feel of the Wagyu on your mouth is hard to describe, but you will also know what “melt-in-your-mouth” really feels like when you get to try this. The meat texture, the aroma, the dripping caramelized juices, and the deep savory flavors all add up to the allure of the Wagyu experience.
