*Tatri 1 Tbsp
*Kuti wi lal Mirch 1-1/2 Tbsp
*Garam Masala Powder 2 Tsp
*Roasted Zeera 2 Tsp
*Salt to taste
*Orange Food color pinch
*Chaat Masala 2 Tbsp
For Coating on Ribs:
*Coating Masala 5 Tbsp
*Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Tbsp
*Lemon Juice 1 cup
*Beef Ribs 1000gm
Veggies:
Piyaz,Tamatar, lehsan,Alu,Hari mirch,Band Gobi.
*Kali Mirch or Namak .
*Oil 2 Tbsp
Special Bar B q Sauce :
*Bar b q sauce 1 cup
*Soya sauce2 Tbsp
*Sriracha Sauce 2 Tbsp
*Chilli Garlic Ketchup 1/2 Cup
*Sirka 3 Tbsp
*Kali Mirch 2 Tbsp
