Salaam!
We have been craving beef ribs for quite some time. Even though I wanted to make the short ribs, I got my hands on a nice rack of ribs which I asked my butcher to cut into even pieces. Given the bone was so thick they had to cut some of the bones down the center to ensure that the ribs are all even.
This is my special rub. I tweak it slightly based on the meat / recipe I am cooking and would be happy to share the recipe over a future video. If you are interested let me know in the comments below.
