Hand cut with beef Steak Asian style bbq… Slow Cooked for Tenderness. Slow cook over the stove for about 6 minutes covered…I rinsed the pan out before I put the sauce over it (worked much better for me)…cooked about 5 minutes longer uncovered cooked it to a medium well. Plate and serve.
