In this video, we are going to use the Sous Vide (Precision Cooker) method
For the Spice Rub, we are using the following:
2 Tablespoon Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Sea Salt
1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
2 Teaspoon Mustard Powder
1.5 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
I used about 1kg of Brisket
Method:
Bring out the brisket to room temperature if it is in the fridge
Shake up the ingredients together to have them mixed up well
Apply the spice rub on the brisket and ensure to coat all sides
Start your sous vide and bring it up to 68c
Once the sous vide is up to temp, place the brisket in either a food safe ziplock bag or a vacum sealed bag
Leave it in for 48 hours
Once done, take it out and enjoy it
