This recipe is how to make quick and easy Persian Beef Koobideh kebab (Pan Kebab). Koobideh Kebab is a best recipe because it does not require any Baking oven, and Grills. Its very easy to make in Pan and best served with Boiled Rice.
This recipe is good for 4 people. If you are cooking for less just cut the recipe into half.
This is an iconic Persian Dish.

INGREDIENTS:
500 g Minced Beed
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 cup Grated Onions
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Garam masala
3 tbsp Cornflour
