In this video, I make a BBQ Beef Jerky recipe.
I use the Louisiana Grills Serie 7 pellet smoker, but you can use any BBQ or smoker.
For the marinade, you will need:
1 Kg of lean beef
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tsp chili flakes
2TBSP of cracked black pepper
2 TBSP powder onions
If you want to keep your beef jerky for several months, I recommend adding 1 TBSP of nitrite salt to the marinade.
The BBQ temperature must be between 70 and 80 ° C
