You can see in this video great results cooking brisket at home with a good quality grass-fed brisket is very possible. Jackie Weight who runs The Kent BBQ Workshop (https://bbqworkshop.co.uk/ ) shows off her skills on how to cook Beef Brisket.
We often get asked how to cook our briskets after people have bought one, so we asked Jackie to make this video for those people who aren’t as confident.
Following the simple instructions using her rubs or your own types, you can achieve superb slices of delicious Brisket at home whenever you like. This is a great piece for feeding a small gathering, or just simply to have in the freezer to remove when you feel the need for smoked beef.
The Sherwood Beef Packer Brisket is great for slicing & for making Beef Brisket Burnt Ends ( BBE ). The Burn’t Ends are small cubes of Beef Candy that will simply Melt in your Mouth with a fantastic flavour of smokey beef.
Most of our Beef Packer Briskets are approximately 6 kilos & you won’t get better value in a (UK) butchers shop or online for one of these.
Enjoy the short video & if you live in the Surrey, Sussex or Kent areas, then why not book yourself in to one of Jackie’s BBQ Workshops?
