How to make 1 hour BBQ Beef SHORT RIBS | Impossibly Kosher

These ribs are incredibly simple to make and come out having the perfect pink interior, crunchy exterior, and juicy like you’ve never tasted before. As always, it is 100% Impossibly Kosher.

What you’ll need:
-Short Ribs (English Cut or thick Flanken cut) –
-2 tbsps low sodium soy sauce
-1 tbsp sesame oil
-1/2 tsp kosher salt
-1/2 tsp black pepper
-1-2 tsp garlic powder (or crushed garlic)
-1-2 tsp ginger powder (or chopped fresh ginger)
-1 tbsp lemon juice
-1 large tsp brown sugar

Steps:
1. Mix all the ingredients into a bowl (except the ribs) and mix them well.
2. add the ribs into the mix and coat them very well.
3. put the ribs and the marinade into a freezer safe ziplock bag, mix well and refrigerate for 24 hours.
4. When ready to cook, setup the grill using a 2-zone cook and let it heat up for 10-15 minutes.
5. put the ribs on the direct heat, bone side up. close the cover and leave for 2-3 minutes.
6. flip to each side for 1 minute and when the bone side has a crunchy look to it.
7. put the meat onto the indirect heat, put the cover back on, lower the heat to low for 45-50 minutes.
8. Take them off, let them rest for 10-15 minutes.
9. Serve & Enjoy!
