This grilled angus beef burger recipe with a onion and mushroom reduction is a really nice recipe to mix up your burger game! These Grilled Angus Beef Burgers are perfect for those who like Grilled Angus Beef Burgers with mushroom and onions. This Grilled Angus beef Burger Recipe had a nice Smokey flavor from the Kingsford Hickory Charcoal and a hickory wood chunk. The reduction made it all come together with the edition of the Stella Rosa Black Reserve Wine.

Angus Beef Burger Ingredients:
Angus Beef Burgers
All Purpose Seasoning (Salt, Pepper, Garlic)
Sweet Yellow Onion
White/Sliced Mushrooms
Butter
Worcestershire Sauce
Wine (your choice)
Hamburger Bun

Directions:
Prepare Angus Beef Burgers with SPG on both sides. Prepare grill preheat to 350 degrees. Cook Angus Beef Burgers 4-5 min each side. Place Swiss Cheese on when burgers are near done.

Reduction: Place 2 tbs butter in a pan over medium heat until melted. Place mushrooms in pan and sautee until soft. Place onions in pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper, worcestershire sauce and stir. Then add in wine. Reduce for approximately 10 min. Remove from heat when all liquid has evaporated.
