Beef stroganoff is a solid meal on it’s own… Right?
I wanted to make it just a little more special. So why not smoke the meat?
2 – 2 1/2 lbs Beef Chuck Roast (or you can use an other cut if preferred)
1 – Sweet Onion (or white, red, Vidalia – use what you want)
1 Package of White Mushrooms (or 2, depends on your taste)
1 container of Sour Cream
2 – 3 cups of Beef stock (I kept it warm on the stove)
1 12oz bag Egg noodles (or you can use rice or any other pasta you’d like)
1 Tbsp. Grey Poupon
Worcestershire Sauce (to coat the meat)
Fresh black pepper
