How to make Sriracha Beef Jerky On A Pit Boss Pellet Grill | BallerBBQ

This week I’m making Sriracha Beef Jerky on my Pit Boss pellet grill. This recipe is really tasty and fairly easy to make. I’ve used the Pit Boss pellet grill because it works really well for jerky as there is a constant airflow which helps dry the jerky but you can use any smoker or even the oven at a low temperature. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Sriracha
1/4 cup Fish sauce
1/4 cup Sesame oil
2 tbs Cumin
3 tsp Garlic powder
1kg (2lbs) Lean beef roast or schnitzel
