– 4 Racks Beef Ribs, 400mg of Sodium
– 1/2CUP Taste of Thailand Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 708mg of Sodium
– 1/3+1/4CUP Brown Sugar, 0mg of Sodium
– 1/4TSP Black Pepper, 0mg of Sodium
– 1/2CUP Mrs. Dash No Sodium Teriyaki Marinade, 0mg of Sodium
-1TBSP Honey’, 0mg of Sodium
– 1TSP Sesame Oil Toasted, 0mg of Sodium
– 2TBSP No Salt Heinz Ketchup, 0mg of Sodium
– 2TSP Cornstarch, 5mg of Sodium
– 1/2TSP Red Chili Flakes, 0mg of Sodium
– 1/2TSP Ground Chili Powder, 0mg of Sodium
– 1TBSP Ginger Paste, 0mg of Sodium
– 1TSP Smoked Paprika, 0mg of Sodium
– 1TBSP Rice Wine Vinegar, 0.3mg of Sodium
– 2TBSPS Sesame Seeds, 0mg of Sodium
-1TBSP Minced Garlic, 0mg of Sodium
Get a jar with a lid. Mix all ingredients together except for the ribs. Shake the jar very good until a thick mixture forms. Line two cookie sheet trays with aluminum foil. Pre-heat the oven on Low Broil. Place ribs on lined cookie sheet trays and cover all ribs equally in homemade sauce mixture. Massage the mix unto the front and back of each rib. Place meat side up. Place in oven for two hours. Flip ribs several times. Make sure sheets are on the bottom rack of your oven. During the last bit place ribs at the top rack of your oven meat side up and let broil under direct heat for about 15 minutes or until desired look. ENJOY!

There are four racks. Divide that by four letting each person get one rack.

Yields 4 Servings. Can be more servings depending on how many you eat in a sitting. Just divide the 1,113.3 by how many servings you can up with. For Example=
1,113 / (Serving Count) = (Sodium Count Total Per Person.)
