In this video, I show you how I smoke Texas style beef ribs!

These beef ribs might look a bit strange to you, and thats because they have an additional muscle attached, which you may not have seen before! I usually remove this, if the ribs I buy come with it – however, I left it on. It resulted in a drier area. Next time, I’ll probably remove it. You could make some burnt ends with it though…!
