Ingredients:
2-3 rump steak (or sirloin,ribeye,fillet and topside)
For sauce for marinade
4-5Tbsp of soy sauce
Half medium size of onion
Half pear
Half apple
2-3glove garlic
1 Tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of sesame oil
1/2 tsp of ground pepper
King oyster mushroom
Shiitake mushroom
Enokitake mushroom
Or choose your own mushroom
Any lettuce,vegetable sticks
1Tbsp of soy sauce + half tsp of wasabi
Ssamjang (you can buy it at Korean food shop)
Or you can make it with half gochujang(chilli bean paste)and Denjang(bean paste), sesame oil
Wild garlic leaves
2 water: 1soy sauce: 1 vinegar: 1/2 sugar- boiling in sauce pan. After cool it down,pour into the leaves. Keep in the fridge. It can start to eat 2or 3days later.
